Bhavleen Henna Arora completed her Level 4 Advanced Diploma in "Nutrition and Weight Management" from London, UK and her Master's degree at the University of Nottingham, UK in 2008.
She is accredited by Association for Nutrition (AfN) which is the main regulator for Nutritionists and Nutrition Scientist in the United Kingdom.
She is a member of The Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH), UK. It is an independent health education charity and the world's longest established public health body which is incorporated by Royal Charter and its patron is her Majesty The Queen, London.
She has also achieved the Vocational Training Charitable Trust (VTCT) Level 3 Award in "Nutrition for Physical Activity" in 2018. VTCT is a specialist awarding and assessment organization which develops world-class vocational and technical qualification in UK and Ireland.
Diet and exercise need to be balanced in order to achieve successful weight loss. You can exercise as much as you'd like but if you are not eating healthy, you will not receive the full benefit of weight loss, and vice versa.
